Executive Secretary
Employer: High Power
Job: Executive Secretary for a company located in Hadayek Al Quba, Near Demerdash metro station
Job Requirments:
Skills to manage relationships with clients,
Skills to manage relationships with members of the team,
Skills to manage relationships with contractors,
Should be firm enough to ensure that everyone adheres to the guidelines and company rules.
Has good presentation Skills and can conduct effective meetings.
University degree graduate we prefer Faculty of Science, Agriculture, or any other practical studies (But this is not a must)
Very good command of English language
Good managerial skills
Ensures that deadlines are met along the way.
Catches problems before they snowball out of control
Organized enough to stay on top of the team’s progress
Knows what is going on at any given moment.
Skilled in controlling costs and decreasing inefficiency to bring the project in at or under budget.
Know enough about the project to recognize if someone is trying to inflate costs or otherwise take advantage of the situation.
Very good computer skills.
Can handle day-to-day, micro level crises that pop up every now and then

Age between 24- 32 years
Salary : 1500 – 2000 depending on interview
