Description:
-Organize office operations and procedures.
– Supervising admin staff, activities and reports.
– Answering and diverting incoming calls
– Prepare time sheets.
– Attend all meetings and record minutes of meeting.
– Design filing system and maintain it up to date.
– Ordering and maintaining stationary and equipment.
– Book travel & accommodation.
– Managing and maintaining schedules, calendar.
– Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
– Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
– Excellent command of English language and basic Arabic.
– Excellent computer skills.
– Good appearance and Professional manner.
– Good organizational and time- management skills
– Ability to work under pressure.
– Self-motivated and talking positive attitude towards responsibility.
– Excellent stress and time management.
