Production Manager required
A fast growing Cosmeceutical company is looking to recruit a Production Manager
This position is responsible for managing production activities by directing personnel towards achieving goals and coordinating among the different functions to ensure production effectiveness and efficiency as per pre-defined quality standards and time-frame plans
Preferred qualifications are as following
3years relevant experience as a production manager
2years experience in a managerial position
Having the knowledge to develop new products
Having the ability to motivate staff towards achieving company objectives & goals
Capable of dealing with external and internal suppliers
Expertise in GMP quality standards
Fluent in English
