Senior Property Consultant at Brokerage Startup November 2022

Promising Startup company specializes in brokerage, working in real estate is currently looking to hire “Senior Property Consultant” located in Zahraa ElMaadi.
Skills needed: (please read carefully to make sure that your CV will be considered)
– Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
– Must have From 2 to 4 years’ experience as Real Estate Sales
– Can travel inside Egypt
– Good English-speaking and very good English-writing
– Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
– Very Good in Microsoft Office package (word, excel)
– Very good CRM, internet and email user
Some Main responsibilities:
– Creating sales plan & applying it after direct manager’s approval.
– Working on several projects and assets in order to complete successful selling deals.
– Searching and finding qualified leads and make sales efforts to set a meeting
– Creation and expansion of potential buyers’ platform either by using marketing channels or phone presenting.
– Following up with potential clients to close the deal at the soonest.
– Attending & managing indoor and outdoor meetings.
– Weekly reporting full analysis for phone calls done, meetings set, meetings done, closed deals and revenue generated for owners.
– Daily reporting full analysis for phone calls done, meetings set, meetings done, closed deals and revenue generated for direct manager.
