A Help Desk Agent is urgently needed to work at DORRA Group (Arab Facility Management Company) with the below-mentioned specifications and responsibilities;
Job Duties:
• Responding to queries via chat, email, phone, or software.
• Following up with customer service and other related departments to ensure full resolution of issues.
• Handle requests for information and data.
• Running reports to analyze common complaints, problems, and other requests.
• Retrieve documents from the filing system.
• General clerical duties including photocopying, fax, and mailing.
Requirements:
• Any Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum experience of (1:2) Years in Helpdesk in service oriented companies.
• Strong Computer Skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
