Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
• 2-3 years of solid working experience in an HR generalist environment is required/payroll/ Recruitment processing knowledge is must.
• Very Good knowledge of Egypt labour law.
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications with a very good knowledge of Excel
• Very Good English Language in both writing and speaking
• Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
• Excellent record keeping skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills
