Looking for an ambitious “Administrator”
Location: New Cairo
Working Schedule: 5 days a week
Gender: Females Only
Job Requirements:
· High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
· Previous experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
· Good command in written English language.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
· Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
· Highly capable in terms of good conduct, quick wit and taking the responsibility.
· Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Job Description:
· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
· Managing center operations and facilitate booking appointments, meeting/training rooms and conference room facilities.
· Data entry.
· General office management such as ordering stationary and supervising cleaners’ staff.
