Devartlab For Pharmaceutical Industry is Hiring:
Senior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintenance (Corrective, Preventive and predictive) of Non-sterile production machines.
• planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
• Create SOPs, work instructions, log books and equipment maintenance plans.
•Support in planning, implementation and control of current projects.
• Implement Preventive Maintenance Program for plant Equipment.
• Maintain/troubleshoot automation systems (SCADA, PLCs etc.), instrumentation, Electrical controls and BMS.
• Responsible for power distribution system including but not limited to: substations, emergency generators, UPS systems, lighting, motor control centers, etc.
• Provide root cause analysis (FMEA, Fish bone, etc.) for the engineering related breakdowns
• Participate in CIPs (Cost Improvement Projects) with the other project teams.
• Support, supervise and lead Plant technicians, coordinates Maintenance/PM activities to minimize downtime.
• Provide SME inputs (Power-distribution systems and electrical Eng. best practices) to all new and existing projects.
• Provide Engineering support and perspective on cross-functional teams ensuring Maintenance system improvements, investigations, deviations and CAPAs.
• Issue regular maintenance reports
• Support HSE department in all the engineering related issues, ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
• Manage and control maintenance budget
• Manage stocks of supplies and equipment.
