We are HIRING a qualified Call Center Employee for a prestigious well established Eye Clinic in Heliopolis
Job description
– Promptly answer all clinic phone calls
– Book, follow up, and confirm appointments with patients
– schedule surgical appointments after collaborating with medical staff
– Return calls to messages that have been recorded
– Answer basic inquiries presented during phone calls
– inquiring and recording patient source
– English and Computer skills (excel & word) are essential.
– experience with customer service is required
– 2 Daily shifts from 9 am to 4:00 pm & shift from 4:00 pm to 10:00 Pm
