Store Managers are needed in Zahran Market
To be responsible for:
👉Completing store operational requirements, and assigning employees following up on work results.
👉Coaching, counseling, disciplining employees planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
👉Preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing challenges, initiating corrective actions.
👉Ensuring the availability of merchandise and services.
👉Studying advertising, sales promotion, displaying plans, and analyzing operational and financial statements for profitability ratios.
👉Providing a safe and clean store environment.
👉Maintaining the stability and reputation of the store
👉Determining marketing strategy changes by reviewing operational and financial statements and departmental sales records.
👉Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
👉Bachelor’s Degree
👉Very Good English
👉10-15 years of experience in Supermarkets
👉Leadership and managerial skills
👉Has the will to change and be part of a restructuring program
👉Customer focused
👉Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ERP systems
👉Ability to relocate
