Job Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience.
Job Description:
• Maintenance of daily office organization, hygiene, and security.
• Maintenance of payroll cycle.
• Keeping and ensuring update of all legal employee documents.
• Handling of all human resources tasks as first point of contact (attendance data, vacation requests, etc).
• Surveying and contacting potential hiring candidates for interviews.
• Setup and maintenance of office calendar (meetings, appointments, interviews, birthday celebrations).
• Scheduling and attending new and existing client meetings with provision of detailed meeting minutes.
• Coordination between internal departments and external suppliers.
• Crafting professional internal and outgoing emails.
• Handling purchase and delivery of office supplies (kitchen, stationary, accessories, etc).
