Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Actively participates in process improvement programs cross- functionally
Responsible for driving all business analytics programs for RSA Sales Operations.
Responsible for creating timely and accurate reports related to the booking and forecast cycles.
Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions
Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on business matters

Essential Requirements

Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Data analysis and/or statistical analysis background
Typically 4 – 7 years of relevant experience.
Strong Knowledge of SQL, My SQL or AWS Cloud9
Cross-Functional skill and ability to work in a diversified environment.

Desirable Requirements

Working with Salesforce
Financial and analytical experience.
Good knowledge of reporting tools like Tableaux, Power BI, etc …
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
PMP/Prince knowledge or certification.
