Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participates in process improvement programs cross- functionally
- Responsible for driving all business analytics programs for RSA Sales Operations.
- Responsible for creating timely and accurate reports related to the booking and forecast cycles.
- Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions
- Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on business matters
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Data analysis and/or statistical analysis background
- Typically 4 – 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Knowledge of SQL, My SQL or AWS Cloud9
- Cross-Functional skill and ability to work in a diversified environment.
Desirable Requirements
- Working with Salesforce
- Financial and analytical experience.
- Good knowledge of reporting tools like Tableaux, Power BI, etc …
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- PMP/Prince knowledge or certification.
