Office Administration Assistant
Responsibilities:
*Communicate with our international offices
*Assist with customer service team and job scheduling
*Responsible for entering the data on the system filing the documents
*Prepare and send customer invoices daily
*Assist with daily financial operations with Banks & Billers (payable and receivable).
*Responsible for the communications with the suppliers via emails and calls & Ensure that supplies and equipment are sufficient in quantity and quality
Qualifications:
*Females only with max age 32 years
*Strong attention to details.
*Strong communication and time management skills
*Self-motivated
*Negotiable skills and ability to deal and convince customers.
*Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment.
*Experience needed 1:2 years.
*Strong Computer Skills.
*Fluent English speaking and writing
