Baky Hospitality is seeking to hire “Quality Control Specialist” with the below criteria:
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate the internal audit process and schedule to meet all applicable ISO 22000 standard
· Assist in performing on-site food safety and quality system audits
· Assists in monitoring, recording, analysis, and reporting on the Food Safety and Quality System
· Maintains a high level of self-motivation including the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
· A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, hotels’ experience is a plus
· Bachelor degree in food science/safety or a related scientific field is required
· Excellent written and oral communication skills along with strong problem solving skills are essential
