et3arraf is hiring a Full-time Customer Support Representative!

We are a leading mobile applications company specialized in tailoring matchmaking applications to the Muslim community since 2012.

we are hiring a Customer Support Representative to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Reply to users’ inquiries by chat or email only by following the company’s processes and rules.
  • Solve reports received by investigating suspicious users’ profiles and take the right action to keep our community safe.
  • Approve or reject users’ profiles the company’s rules.
  • Providing daily reports based on users’ suggestions and feedback to the communication team.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts.

Requirements:

  • Perfect Arabic and English language.
  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices  like Manychat, Intercom, etc.,
  • Stable internet connection, and owner of a computer.
  • Availability during the shift is a must.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience minimum.
  • High communication skills.
