Job Responsibilities:
·Mange the Implementation of policies concerning the social insurance law and labor law.
·Manage and monitor the employees Leaves ensuring that relevant policies are adhered to.
· Develop personnel files for all the employees.
· Monitoring the data entry of the Personnel information in HRIS System.
·Investigates employees’ complaints ,explains policies, procedures,etc
·Responsible for all the resignations procedures
·Issuing HR/Visa letters for employees.
·Build constructive and productive relation the Egyptian labor, social insurance, and medical insurance office, conducting/managing all daily interactions in a prompt, professional, and productive manner.
· Act as the focal point between employer/employees & Egyptian Labor authority/Social insurance office.
·Compiles and managing the New hires contracts, which suite the required employment method.
·Issuing Reports like (headcount, payroll, leaves …etc)
Job Requirements:
● Minimum 5 years’ experience
● Very Good command of English
● Good user of Microsoft office (Excel and word)
