Main Tasks:
• Receive hiring requests from the company’s departments or from our respective clients.
• Source potential candidates using online platforms (e.g. social media channels)
• Screen CVs according to the qualifications, experience, and skills listed in the job descriptions.
• Conduct initiative interviews for potential candidates by assessing their skills, basic knowledge and adaptability to company’s environment.
• Update and develop recruitment database and maintain solid application archiving system.
• Ensure that all the process complies with the organization’s recruitment policies and procedures.
• Follow up with the candidate for the acceptance / rejection of the employment offer and responding to any inquiry.
Required Qualifications/ Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Excellent command of English language.
• Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and sourcing of potential candidates.
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
