-Create new customers, vendors, and items data using system template

-Create reports (templates) on visual studio

-Conduct training sessions for new users or current users for new tasks that arise

-Resolve any issues by tracing all the transactions

-Bachelor Degree of Computer Science or any relevant degree

-Strong background of Microsoft GP or any Microsoft software

-Database SQL Knowledge

-Programming, Visual Basic Knowledge

-Aware of all business transactions to assist end users

-Excellent communication skills
