– A bachelor’s degree in engineering ( communication / computer science )
– 0-3 years of experience in service desk engineering
– Good use of MS office ( Word / Excel / PowerPoint ).
– Preferable CCNA/CCNP.

The enterprise service desk engineer receives and handles enterprise customer’s complaints via e-mails / phone calls, opens trouble tickets and works on solution identification and implementation to minimize disruptions and downtime.
