for a multinational company based in Naser city, ELobour building.
Tasks:
• Supervises assigned administrative staff (If Applicable)
• Establishes and maintains a variety of files and records
• Attends staff meetings and management offsite meetings
• Responsible for Oversight of ccp.b process for Branch
• Attend meetings and conferences.
• Coordinate office functions with other departments and divisions
• Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
• High School or University degree
• Excellent command of English.
• Minimum of four years’ relevant work experience required
• Experience in an international environment is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to manage confidential information
