Requirements:
* 0-1 Years of Experience – FRESH GRADUATES
* Fluent in English and Arabic – English is necessary for international calls with clients.
* Must be knowledgable of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word
Job Description:
– Minimal data entry and processing on our accounting system.
– Assisting staff in arranging both internal and external events.
– Providing administrative support as needed.
– Greeting visitors, welcoming them, and directing them appropriately.
– Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
– Performing other administrative tasks as required.
Will report to the Office Manager.
