Skill Profile
• Good customer service skills
• Good networking/communications background
• Certified (Routing and switching specialists OR CCNP OR CCIP or equivalent)

Experience in one or more of the following:
• Hands-on experience on Riverbed Products ex, Steelhead, Steelfusion, APM , NPM ,
• Network, Firewall’s / VPN Concentrators/WAN Accelerators
• Cisco Networks, LAN/WAN/VPN topologies and protocols
• Flexibility in terms of working hours
• University degree (B.Sc.)
• Fluent in English
• Mininum 2 years of relevant experience
• Cisco Certified CCNP or part of it.
• Riverbed Certificates is Preferred
• Huawei Certificates is Preferred

Responsibilities
• Diagnose fault-related cases by effectively utilizing software diagnostics and other network/product utility programs.
• Run &;amp; own the daily surgery process with a view of identifying and resolving high duration faults.
• Act as first level escalation point to LAN IS support Team.
• Detecting and diagnosing customers network faults based
• on different vendors and Technologies (Riverbed Steelhead, Cisco routers, Catalyst switches, Firewall ,Huawei routers & switches )
