Responsibilities:
•Prepare research reports
•Collect and analyze data on consumer trends, demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting service demand
•Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals
•Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction
•Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
•Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements
•Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders
•Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote service
•Maintain customer records
•Answer customers’ questions about service prices, availability, or credit terms

Required qualification:
•BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field
•Marketing / Business Development 2+ years of experience (Experience at Recruitment Agencies is an asset)
