Assistant CEO

Main Duties
· Monitoring the daily calendar and screening appointments for appropriateness and urgency.
· Coordinating and taking minutes of meetings.
· Transmit faxes, place and answer telephone calls professionally.
· Prepare presentations and written reports.
· Develop an effective filling system.
· Helping in tenders preparations.
· Responsible for petty cash if needed.
· Make travel arrangements.
· In absence of manager, handling all issues with his delegate promptly and timely.

Qualifications

Must be University degree (pharmacy- Veterinary- Science – Agriculture)

· 3-5 Years of progressive/related experience
· Interpersonal skills
· English fluent
· Multitasking
