Required for immediate Hiring “Receptionist“
Work Location: Beverly Hills
Requirements:
– Females only: Good Looking and presentable. – Residents of 6th of October, or Zayed Preferably.
– Very good English (Spoken and Written) is a must.
– Years of experience: From 2 to 3 years.
– University Graduate.
– Excellent Communication Skills.
– Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks – Excellent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Responsibilities:
– Review all incoming and outgoing correspondences on time.
– Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
– Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
– Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
– Ability to handle business documents and proposals.
– File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners. – Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
