* Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
* Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
* Contact Couriers companies by phone / emails to make sure that shipment on it’s way to the customer
* Handle the customer issues the shipment late / not available/ return or exchange
* Call the customer after sales to make sure her satisfaction
* Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures according to availability and requirements
* Supervise orders make it ready to the Courtiers by himself/ herself if needed and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
