A Multinational Company located at 10th of Ramadan is looking for HR Payroll & Personnel Specialist

– Job Description:
• Handling monthly employees’ salaries (Attendance, overtime, annual balance, HR Letters…etc.)
• Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating.
• Prepare Employment contracts for new hired employees.
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
• Processing all personnel actions forms and ensuring proper approval.

– Job Requirements:
• Bachelor of Business Administration Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as generalist.
• 10th of Ramadan residency is preferred.
• Excellent English (spoken and written).
• Excellent Microsoft Office user.
• Very good communication skills.
