• Monitoring the daily calendar and screening appointments for appropriateness and urgency.
• Coordinating and taking minutes of meetings.
• Transmit faxes, place and answer telephone calls professionally.
• Follow up on documents needed to be circulated within due dates.
• Prepare presentations and written reports.
• Develop an effective filling system.
• Helping in tenders preparations.
• Responsible for petty cash if needed.
• Make travel arrangements.
• In absence of manager, handling all issues with his delegate promptly and timely.
