HR Supervisor Jobs at a company in Alexandria

we are hiring ( HR Supervisor)
* Key Responsibilities
– Develop HRM activities that match Market changes and Company growth.
– Creating recruitment plan and coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
– Build annual Man Power plan, Organization Chart, Career Path, KPIs.
– creating / design Job description / Job specification
– Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc….)
– Review received applications against the job requirements and conduct initial screening and interview
– Develop an overall/ individualized training and development plan
– Creating HR policies and procedure
– Lead & activate the communication channels between HR & employees.
– Develop Competitive Annual Salary Structure & Dividends according to Market Changes
– Manage files & and ensure that all records are updated in compliance with labor law
– Maintains leave balances and prepares relevant leave reports.
– Create / review employee contracts, assign and enter employee identification numbers into the database.
– Ensure that all employees’ data is up-to-date and all HR Processes comply with Labor

– Alex Resident only
– Male only
– Bachelor degree is must / HR Diploma is Plus
– 7-10 years of practical HR experience

* Skills and attributes
– people Oriendted, very good communications skills, forward thinking very good knowledge of MS programs /familiar with oracle systems
– Good knowledge of Saudi labor law and Egyptian labor law
