A reputable hospital located in Dokki is currently looking for hiring Call center supervisor.
Job Criteria:
· Leadership skills.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
· High education.
· Minimum two years experience in the same position.
· Good communication skills.
· Good analytic.
· Very good command in English language.
· Ability to motivate and mentor team.
· Presenting new opportunities & challenges for additional development.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
· Medical background is preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Perform operational reporting with assigned business.
· Technical issues over floor facilities.
· Absenteeism report on daily basis.
· Data management monitoring by dashboard.
· Send daily reports to his team members related to their performance.
· Attend the important meeting which related to his unit.
· Create escalation in the invalid quality error.
· Handling any Quality Errors within agreed service level.
· Manage any unplanned leave
· Communicate with CRM Coordinator for any inquiry through the agreed channel.
· Handle attrition cases and send to concerned team.
· Send weekly report to his team members including the quality & target achievement.
· Perform operational monitoring calls for assigned business units agents.
· Handle the assigned tasks.
· Handle annual requests and send to concerned team.
· Set one to one meeting with every agent to discuss KPI’s on monthly basis.
· Set action plane for poor performance agent for improvement.
· Positive feedback will be required to motivate his members.
· Set monthly meeting with the team to discuss the team issues and performance.
· Responsible to apply Quality Control recommendations & Findings
· Attend Quality Calibration session.
