Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in any field
– Excellent command of spoken and written English is a must
– Experience from 1 to 3 years preferably in Soft Skills and Customer Service training
– Knowledge of learning tools and learning styles
– Time Management Skills
– Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
– Certification in training and assessment is preferable
