About the Job :
-Receive and greet visitors with a smile, while directing them to the department of contact .
-Reception duties, including answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments.
-Provide general organizational and secretarial support
-HR duties will include : Prepare the weekly and monthly attendance reports and keep updated records and files and Assisting in all other required HR activities .

Job Requirements :
•FEMALES ONLY
•Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration.
•2 years at least in a similar position.
•Good knowledge of computer applications ( Microsoft office – Internet ).
•Execllent in English is a MUST
