Technical Support Engineer Jobs at Interact Technology Solutions December 2019

We are hiring Technical Support Engineer.
Responsibilities:
– Troubleshoot and solve any issues concerning hardware/software issues at users’ end.
– Follow up on the daily operations with technical support team.
– Respond to queries either in person, over the phone or remotely
– Communicate with concerned functions any technical issues.
– Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software issues.
– Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
– Manage the inventory of devices (i.e. printers, handhelds, PCs, scanners..etc)
– Coordinate with other IT divisions the implementation of projects. (software/hardware)
– Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems

Job Requirements
– Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable University
– PCs, Software and Hardware diagnoses skills is a must
– Basic network troubleshooting is a must
– Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
– Preferable to have the following courses (CCNA, A+, MCSA or MCSE)
– Ability to work under pressure
– Shifts basis might be possible
