The Admin Assistant will be mostly required to handle routine and advanced duties for the CEO, along with other tasks:
Duties:
– Prepare reports and documents as required
– Sort and answer certain email inboxes
– Greeting visitors
– Other tasks as required by the CEO or one of the managers
Requirements:
– Good organizational skills
– Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
– Proficient in handling emails in general and writing professional emails
– Likes to perform mini researches on the internet
– Preferably has 2+ years of experience
– Preferably writes and speaks English well
– Preferably from (Nasr City – Heliopolis) or surrounding areas;
