Job Descriptions:
· Designing C&B reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for management team.
· Design and implement salary classification and compensation programs.
· Assess employees needs by conducting organizational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees.
· Administer employee life and medical insurance plans.
· Designing C&B reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for management team.
· Use various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations.
· Ensure that payroll is calculated correctly and transferred correctly to employee’s accounts.
· May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
· Gather and analyses external and internal compensation data to consistently ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees in terms of position evaluation.
Job Requirements:
· 3- 5 years experience.
· Bachelor Degree.
· Strong knowledge of HR systems and Payroll.
· Reporting & analysis experience is a must.
· Excellent knowledge of M.S office.
· Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
· Previous experience with organizational psychology and labor market surveys.
· Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
