Currently we are looking for a Senior Recruiter, who has 2 years of experience in recruitment generally, whether in a company or a recruitment agency and has basic knowledge of the recruitment cycle.

Duties:
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process for all roles, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates ensuring a smooth process through offer and on boarding process
• Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
• Drive offer process including extending offers and partnering with hiring managers to close candidates
• Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques as well as creating new ones in order to be competitive in recruiting practices
