- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Commerce (English Section is a Must)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and general accounting practice
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
- Excellent command of English
