- Achieve monthly and annual spare parts sales targets.
- Conduct daily customer visits to the assigned customers.
- Penetrate new areas and develop customers database.
- Prepare quotation and attend tenders.
- Promptly handle customer inquiries and requests.
- Prepare and present daily and weekly reports and analysis for all sales and customer visits activities.
- Gather and analyze market information and competition activities to maintain detailed and updated assessment of competition.
- Provide market feedback on products.
- Coordinate with collection department the collection of customer dues related to sales activities.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and insure that all customer complaints are resolved.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Must own a Car and driving license.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Equipment S.P Sales is a must (Forklift experience is preferable).
Education:
- University degree – Bachelor of Engineering is preferable
