About the Job
  • Coordinate project management resources, equipment and information.
  • Manage the complete procurement cycle.
  • Coordinate with the various departments for purchasing activities.
  • Perform cost analysis on all major tenders.
  • Analyze market and delivery trends to develop procurement technologies and processes that support those trends.
  • Manage financial tracking and billing process , and prepare purchase orders and capex requests.
  • Manage the relative processes related with the Human Resources requirements.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Document all appropriate legal paperwork ( for example contract and terms of agreements ).
  • Organize and attend the project management meetings.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Checks invoices for accuracy, and authorizes the Finance department to issue the relative payments.
  • Assist the Project Managers in vendor selection, management and performance.
  • Review supplies, works and services to ensure compliance with company procedures and best procurement practice.
  • Provide regular updates about procurement related progress and potential delays.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with strategic suppliers to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in any major.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point, Microsoft Planner is a plus.
  • Knowledge file management, transcription and other administrative procedures.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
