About the Job
- Coordinate project management resources, equipment and information.
- Manage the complete procurement cycle.
- Coordinate with the various departments for purchasing activities.
- Perform cost analysis on all major tenders.
- Analyze market and delivery trends to develop procurement technologies and processes that support those trends.
- Manage financial tracking and billing process , and prepare purchase orders and capex requests.
- Manage the relative processes related with the Human Resources requirements.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Document all appropriate legal paperwork ( for example contract and terms of agreements ).
- Organize and attend the project management meetings.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Checks invoices for accuracy, and authorizes the Finance department to issue the relative payments.
- Assist the Project Managers in vendor selection, management and performance.
- Review supplies, works and services to ensure compliance with company procedures and best procurement practice.
- Provide regular updates about procurement related progress and potential delays.
- Maintain positive working relationships with strategic suppliers to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any major.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point, Microsoft Planner is a plus.
- Knowledge file management, transcription and other administrative procedures.
- Advanced English skills.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
