Merge is seeking to hire a professional recruitment specialists.
Roles :
Search, collect and screen resumes and job applications
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
Conduct reference or background checks if needed, verify credentials and employment histories.
Arrange interview schedules according to the clients’ request.
Conduct and oversee interview sessions.
Administer all kinds of approved tests (language, personality, IQ, professional and specialized tests) if needed.
Maintain database for applicants and update the e-filling continuously.
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveysTrain and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
Requirements
1) University Graduate.
2) 4-6 years of experience in HRM with strong references of recruitment activities.
3) Excellent Computer skills.
4) English language proficiency
