Junior HR Generalist
About the job:
Handling the recruitment cycle starting from the recruitment request till hiring
Filtering and screen resumes
Creating short lists of application matching job –request (qualification, experience and salary)
Coordinate for technical interview between applicant and relevant department head
Follow up the technical interview feedback
Prepare job offer for accepted applicants
Prepare job description required for the newcomers to sign and send it to personnel department for filing
Follow up the performance appraisals for the R staff to know the feedback of probation period
Finalize all approvals regarding change of status for employees (transfers, promotions …)
Responsible for inform payroll department in case of any change (salaries, contract type….)
Receive resignation and notify the HR department
Conduct exit interview with entry and mid- level
Report daily and when required to recruitment and staffing for progress update and further instructions
Receive all the job applications, sort and classify based on each profession and store in database for retrieval as and when required.
Responsible for send new orientation sheet all HR department per month
Job Requirements:
Female only can apply
Experience: 0:12 months
BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Good organizational and time management skills
