About the Job
- Conducting all Social Insurance documents, such as Form 1, 2 and 6.
- Responsible for employment contracts and resignations procedures.
- Responsible for the day-to-day attendance of the personnel.
- Receiving all attendance-related documents, such as leaves requests, missions requests, etc.
- Keeping all employees’ documents in their files and making sure they are all complete.
- Preparing monthly payroll sheet.
- Handling labor office documents.
- Receiving employees’ complaints in relation to their monthly pays.
- Handling bank communications in relation to the employees monthly pay.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance is must
- HR certificate is a plus
- Attention to details
- Very organized
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Fluent English
- High customer service skills
- Males only
