About the Job
- Plan security programs, protocols & procedures to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property.
- Supervise the activities of security personnel in all Satellites to maintain a safe and secure environment and directing company’s security functions, including physical security and safety of employees, facilities, and assets.
- Develop preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks.
- Monitor controlling access & procedures to the Satellites offices & buildings.
- Conduct security inspections to Identify, investigate, and resolve security breaches and implement corrective actions whenever needed.
- Ensure that all security devices and products in good working condition and recommend any new security tools or technology
- Prepare immediate response plan & procedures in case of bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
- Schedule the work and duties of security shift heads.
Job Requirements
- Not less than 3 Yrs of Experience as a Security Manager.
- Experience in managing the security of different locations.
