Handling all logistics for factory visits

Follow up on all HR external suppliers scorecard and performance
Coordinating quarterly labor meeting between the plant manager and the workers
Updating the factory Org chart on monthly bases
Tracking and updating our OPEX HR budget
Coordinating the work permit process for expats with the service vendor
Updating attendance and SAP with all absence data on weekly bases
Assuring that all personnel files are archived with 100% data integrity
Controlling travel reservations according to L’Oréal travel policy
Creating POs and GRs on SAP on timely manner
Handling employee life cycle documents from hiring until resignation
Issuing HR letters
Requirements
1-5 years of experience in administrative or HR Personnel area
SAP knowledge is a plus
Good communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft excel , word and presentation knowledge
Knowledge in labor law is a plus
