- Coaching the team with the help of leadership and management techniques to deliver world-class service
- Managing negative and positive behaviours constructively
- Ensure agents are reaching their targets by holding regular one-to-one meetings and feedback sessions
- Solve tricky escalations and crisis management situations
- Develop the team and support individual progression and learning
- Stakeholder management on a micro level (dealing with local Rider Managers as part of the day-to-day business)
Job Requirements
- You have at least one year of experience in leading teams
- You are fluent when it comes to communicating in English language verbally and written
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- It is an easy thing for you to read and evaluate reports
- Data-driven performance management is an alien concept for you
- You are a master of your trade when it comes to motivation and sharing a positive spirit
- Using basic formulas in Microsoft Excel does not cause you any trouble
