About the Job
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Follow our company Rules & Regulation.
• Ensure understanding of academy`s History – Subjects of Training and your role in the academy and so on.
• Establish a good rapport with Trainees –Instructors and the student.
• Stick to The Calendar tasks on daily basis and follow the instructions.
• Keep his\her Manager updated with tasks` state (done – on process or stopped).
• Inform the clients about the training`s Subjects via Phone – SMS – E-Mail.
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment before, during and after the training session.
• Update your manager about your Schedules and coordinates all classroom training with students, company and trainer also handling materials, and attendance.
• Collects and reports results of evaluation, attendance and any other training data.
• Prepares and documents procedures for students who are appointed for training.
• Answering all students’ incoming calls providing them with the information about our training programs
• Receipting the students before lectures and handling all related issues.
• Communicating the students in case of delivering any information or updates.
• Follow up students’ payments and updating the status regularly and notify them before due date.
• Handling course reservation process and developing the new group students list,.
• Monitor our Facebook Page and keep it updated every 30 Minutes.
• Performs other related duties as assigned and as per the work load.
• Monitoring the exam.
• Collection of fees.
