Job Summary:
We are now looking for an Integration Engineer to analyze, prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a node, network and/or system. Your scope of work could include the scenarios of introduction, upgrade expansion, functionality and capacity.
Responsibilities:
- You will support pre-sales activities, including pre-studies
- Plan the implementation of the product configuration / integration work
- Execute product configuration
- Execute integration and migration work
- Prepare system test, module test and accept test
- You will work to identify and drive improvements
- Post project activities
- E2e technical understanding
- Execute test
- Scripting & coding
- Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
Job Requirements
- Min years of experience: 2+ years working in Telecom Operations and Service Delivery experience
- Domain experience: BSS/OSS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical Skills:
- Experience working with one of the following technologies: OSS, Solaris/UNIX/Linux, Product Support Processes, SQL, MySQL, Oracle, IP networking protocols, Scripting
- Good understanding of monitoring systems and associated protocols
- Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
- Experience Managing Hardware :- Ability installing, administering, configuring, and maintaining applications; including operating systems and related software
- Ability reviewing existing integration capabilities, data sources, and proposed solution designs for feasibility, cost and functionality
- Any of the following OSS-Specific application experience: Netcool / Netnuman / OSS-RC / TeMIP / SO-EM / IPT-NMS / ENM / U2K
- Experience monitoring and managing applications, device availability, network conditions, and system reliability/performance, as well as service and program maintenance and storage resources.
- Ability to create detailed documentation to functionally understand new and existing applications
- Ability to follow and implement established change and control policies and procedures
- Experience in Ericsson OSS-RC/ENM is a plus
