- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Coordinating interviews.
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
- Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy.
- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
- Completing timely reports on employment activity.
- Conducting exit interviews with terminating employees.
- Performing induction about the company policies and required official papers
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience
- Stability in a well known branded company is a MUST
- Great Communication Skills.
- Detail-Oriented
- Good Multitask.
- Strong Decision-Making Skills.
