Marketing Supervisor Jobs in Qawafil For Real Estate Investment September 2019

About the Job
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns online and/ or offline.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marketing, and messaging and audience identification.
  • Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends, and competitor activity.
  • Conduct Market research and SWOT analysis to analyze the internal situation and external promotional activities and programs, and expectations for monthly sales and budgets.
  • Oversee all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy.
  • Ensures effective control of marketing results and implements corrective actions to take place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.
  • Supervise & Follow up with outsourcing companies
  • Any other duties as assigned from direct Manager
Job Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing (Online & Offline).
  • Marketing Diploma- Preferred
  • Must have experience in Real-estate at least one year
  • Highly communication skills & attention to detail.
  • Very good in written and verbal English language.
